Basic Notarization
Notarization of your documents--$10 per stamp plus a travel fee as follows:
Area 1--Palm Coast (excluding Seminole Woods and Quail Hollow)--$25
Area 2--Flagler Beach, Hammock Dunes, Seminole Woods, Quail Hollow--$35
Area 3--Bunnell--$35

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 1 hour in advance. If the notary arrives at your location and you're not there or otherwise cancel the appointment without timely notification, the travel fee is due and payable immediately.Mortgage Loan Signings
This service is not the same as notarizing individual documents in a loan package sent to the borrower by the title company. Please call for pricing and if you have any questions.**Special pricing based on volume is available for title companies.**
